Die schulbezogene Jugendhilfe unterstützt Kinder und Jugendliche, die im schulischen Alltag besondere Herausforderungen erleben und zusätzliche pädagogische Begleitung benötigen.
The aim of this support is to enable young people to participate consistently in everyday school life, to strengthen their social skills and to sustainably promote their educational paths.
Our educational professionals work closely with the students, parents and schools to develop individual solutions.
Legal basis
Die schulbezogene Jugendhilfe erfolgt im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe gemäß SGB VIII.
Depending on the individual situation, the following regulations may be particularly relevant:
Section 27 of the German Social Code, Book VIII – Child and Youth Welfare Services
Section 30 of the German Social Code, Book VIII – Educational Support
Section 35a SGB VIII – Integration assistance for people with mental disabilities
The specific support will be provided within the framework of Care plan procedure according to §36 SGB VIII planned and implemented jointly with the responsible youth welfare office.
