Das Ambulant Betreute Einzelwohnen richtet sich an Jugendliche und junge Volljährige, die Unterstützung auf dem Weg in ein eigenständiges Leben benötigen.

Many young people face the challenge of organizing their everyday lives independently – for example, after a difficult family situation, during the transition to vocational training, or when building their own life perspective.

Our educational professionals accompany the young people in their own living space and support them in gradually taking more responsibility for their own lives.
